There are several ways to qualify for ongoing help to pay your residential electric utility bill or bill assistance. To see if you are eligible, please review requirements for each bill assistance program and apply online using the links below.
Please note: Only the residential electric account holder can apply for one of the programs listed below. The account holder must provide proof of income for all persons living in the household and meet the household low-income requirements.
Low-income customers between the ages of 18 and 61 who qualify according to the table below can receive $13.46 per month credit on their bill.
